Introduction and Agreement

• We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual currency balances at our discretion
• Virtual currency does not constitute property or an asset
• Upon termination of access, all virtual currency is immediately forfeited

Game outcomes are determined by algorithms designed for entertainment. They do not replicate real gambling probabilities or systems.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, text, audio, and other materials on Sheephor are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by us or our licensors. This includes:

• Game software, code, and algorithms
• Visual designs, graphics, and animations
• Audio content including music and sound effects
• Written content, descriptions, and documentation
• Logos, trademarks, and branding elements
• The overall look and feel of the platform

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Sheephor content without explicit written authorization.

Platform Availability and Modifications

Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to Sheephor immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engagement in prohibited activities
• Providing false or misleading information
• At our sole discretion for any reason or no reason

Upon termination, your right to access Sheephor immediately ceases, all virtual currency is forfeited, and certain provisions of these Terms (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

Third-Party Links and Resources

Sheephor may contain links to external websites, including responsible gambling support organizations. We provide these links solely for informational purposes and have no control over the content, practices, or policies of third-party sites.

Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of external websites.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
